When you create an account with us, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information. You are responsible for safeguarding the password and for all activities that occur under your account.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the platform only for lawful real estate brokering purposes. You must not:

• Post false or misleading property listings
• Use the platform to spam or harass other users
• Attempt to bypass or manipulate the matching algorithm
• Share client information without their consent

4. Commissions and Payments

Commissions for home loan referrals are subject to successful disbursement by the lending institution. ORANGELEAF SERVICES reserves the right to verify all transactions before releasing payouts.

5. Intellectual Property

The service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of ORANGELEAF SERVICES and its licensors.

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall ORANGELEAF SERVICES, nor its partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the service.
