You agree to use the platform only for lawful real estate brokering purposes. You must not:

• Post false or misleading property listings
• Use the platform to spam or harass other users
• Attempt to bypass or manipulate the matching algorithm
• Share client information without their consent

4. Commissions and Payments

Commissions for home loan referrals are subject to successful disbursement by the lending institution. NeoAnt Labs Private Limited reserves the right to verify all transactions before releasing payouts.

5. Intellectual Property

The service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of NeoAnt Labs Private Limited and its licensors.

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall NeoAnt Labs Private Limited, nor its partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the service.
